The track ‘Earn a living’ takes us back on a journey that started ten years ago at the inception of The Push Reggae Band. Fast forward to 2020 with COVID-19 and widespread down turn in the global economy, we felt that this track had finally found its space. Being denied of one’s simplicity as Bob Marley once sang. As much as the collective progress of man kind is of the utmost importance we must insure that our rights are not infringed upon. Certainly not to the point where we are not able to trust our own instincts and live a simple life. After all we are children of Jah. Roots.
Our producer Pat Barallon has really stretched this track to its limits. Recording a whole band from scratch is no easy feat. The usual suspects are all on this track.
Drums by our very own Paul Duncan. Bass by Daniel Gabriel. Keys and “magic” from Riccardo Barbarulo. Guitar and lead vocals and Co producer Darrel Belle. Backing vocals by the wonderful Stella Savy. Turn it up and enjoy!
